Stroopwafel Latte

Stroopwafel Latte

A Sweet and Indulgent Coffeehouse Classic!

Inspired by the rich caramel and vanilla tones of the beloved Dutch cookie, this recipe combines the smooth taste of Lancaster County Stroopwafel coffee with creamy milk and luscious caramel syrup.  This cafe-inspired creation is easy to make and even easier to enjoy.  Top it with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel, and a stroopwafel for dipping to take your coffee experience to the next level.

Ingredients:
1 cup brewed Lancaster County Stroopwafel coffee
1/2 cup milk (or your preferred milk alternative)
1 tablespoon caramel syrup (more for garnish if desired)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped cream (optional)
Stroopwafel cookie (for garnish)

Instructions:
  1. Brew one cup of Lancaster County Stroopwafel coffee using your drip method of choice.
  2. In a small saucepan, warm the milk over medium heat, or microwave until hot. Froth if desired for a creamier texture.
  3. Pour the brewed coffee into a large mug. Stir in the caramel syrup and vanilla extract until well blended.
  4. Pour the warmed milk into the coffee mixture and stir gently to combine.
  5. Add a layer of whipped cream on top, and drizzle with extra caramel syrup if desired. Place a stroopwafel cookie on top as a garnish (and for dipping!).
