This cafe-inspired creation is easy to make and even easier to enjoy. Top it with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel, and a stroopwafel for dipping to take your coffee experience to the next level.
Ingredients:1 cup brewed Lancaster County Stroopwafel coffee
1/2 cup milk (or your preferred milk alternative)
1 tablespoon caramel syrup (more for garnish if desired)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped cream (optional)
Stroopwafel cookie (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Brew one cup of Lancaster County Stroopwafel coffee using your drip method of choice.
- In a small saucepan, warm the milk over medium heat, or microwave until hot. Froth if desired for a creamier texture.
- Pour the brewed coffee into a large mug. Stir in the caramel syrup and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Pour the warmed milk into the coffee mixture and stir gently to combine.
- Add a layer of whipped cream on top, and drizzle with extra caramel syrup if desired. Place a stroopwafel cookie on top as a garnish (and for dipping!).
